Vinification Details
Alcoholic fermentation took place at 28C and lasted around 22 days. Maceration is bought to an end when the wine is deemed to be of a sufficiently good structure. Once racked, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation before being aged in oak barrels for 17 months.
