We currently ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Apart from restricted products such as alcohol, dangerous goods, medicines, and other items that may require further paperwork or are prohibited, we can deliver most products on our website straight to your door.

No. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in the price of your order and may be charged by the customs authorities in your country upon delivery. Where applicable, customers (buyers) are also responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses for importing the goods. We encourage you to carefully review the customs requirements in your country and to obtain any necessary licenses or permits before placing your order. Our returns policy is aligned with the shipping policy of the independent stores that we’re buying from.

The estimated transit time for delivery depends on a variety of factors, such as the product availability, quantity ordered, shipping method, destination, as well as time and date that the order was placed. Transit time refers to the duration between the moment your order leaves our fulfilment centre and the time it is delivered to your address. Please note that this does not include our shopping and processing time, which typically takes 24 - 48 business hours. Any customs clearance delays are excluded from the transit time frame. To ensure that you can track the status of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number. If your order is urgent or requires delivery at a specific time, please let us know in advance, as an additional fee may apply. Orders with multiple items may take longer to ship and may arrive on different days, as they may be shipped separately.

Once an order has been accepted and delivery has started, it cannot be cancelled. This is because our team immediately start shopping, processing, and packaging your order as soon as it is received, and once it has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to retrieve it. If we must cancel such an order that is already in transit, then you'll have to bear the costs. Note: Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned (unless defective), for instance baby formula, personal care goods, and dangerous goods.
