McGrocer is an online grocery store that delivers British groceries, snacks, beauty products, and more to customers worldwide. Personal shoppers hand-pick items from top UK stores and deliver them securely to your doorstep.

How do you handle duties and taxes for international shipping?

Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 150 countries. However, some products may be restricted based on local regulations. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import rules.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and value. Additional fees may apply for oversized orders, and we will notify you if that's the case.

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs apply for international orders. Certain products, such as baby formula or personal care items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
