Refunds & Returns Policy


To request a refund due to order issues, you must contact us immediately upon receiving your shipment and within 48 hours after delivery. If you wish to return the item based on the conditions below, you may return it at your own expense within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please note: We can only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Missing items you were charged for.
  • Damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items.

All returned items must be in the same condition (unused and undamaged) as you received them. You will need the proof of purchase for any return.

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and offer a solution.


Subject to our return’s terms, if you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the unwanted item at your cost and then place a new order.

Non-returnable Items:

The following products cannot be returned (unless defective):

  • Perishable goods: Yogurt, milk-based products, fridge items, and other fresh foods.
  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods: Due to hygiene concerns, these cannot be returned if unsealed after delivery. This includes cosmetics and body care products.
  • Special foods: we cannot accept returns due to food safety concerns. For instance, baby formula.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Alcoholic beverages: Their value fluctuates with the market.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Please note: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled or stopped. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, regardless of the destination.


Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 25 days of delivery for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping. The returned item must be in its original packaging. Please note that return procedures and refund amounts may vary depending on the individual store.

To start a return:

  2. We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
