The Lakes Gin is carefully crafted using only a chosen few botanicals. These are gently infused in the highest quality British wheat spirit and distilled using a traditional copper pot with only the purest water from the Lake District National Park - a UNESCO World heritage Site.

The botanicals are steeped overnight like a fine loose leaf tea, interacting freely with the warm spirit, allowing the essential oils to release and preserving their delicate taste. The copper pot is run slow and long to draw out the perfect flavour.

The end result is a truly English gin with vibrant flavours with an exceptional smoothness. 

Tasting Notes:

Zesty orange with notes or earl grey and traditional juniper greet the nose with a refreshing citrus palate carrying over the juniper and a punch of black pepper. Finishes long with a final bow of zest and peppery kiss. 

Suggested Recipe: The Lakes Gin Classic G&T

  • 50ml The Lakes Gin
  • Tonic water of choice
  • Sliced grapefruit 
  1. Fill a gin glass with plenty of ice
  2. Pour in gin and top with chosen tonic water
  3. Gently stir to combine
  4. Garnish with pink grapefruit
