Preparation and Usage
For a delicious dessert, try it with Thai Taste coconut milk!Suitable for microwave cooking.

Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. For 4 people.Serve hot or cold.; Hob - From Ambient. Put 200g of sticky rice and 300ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil.Cover and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed.; Microwave - From Ambient. Based on 850W oven.Mix 200g of sticky rice and 350ml of water in a microwavable-safe bowl.Cover and cook on high for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed

Recipe SuggestionThai Sticky Rice with MangoServes 4You will need:200g Sticky Rice200ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk3tbsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar, or brown sugar1-2 ripe mangoes peeled, halved, stones removed and sliced1. Prepare the rice as per cooking instructions.2. Mix together coconut milk and palm sugar and stir until dissolved.3. Add 3/4 of this mixture to the warm rice. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.4. Spoon the rice into a mould or coffee cup. Press lightly and turn out onto a plate to create a mound of rice.5. Top with the mango slices and drizzle with remaining coconut milk.Handy TipsFor an even better flavour, soak the rice in cold, fresh water overnight, drain and rinse thoroughly prior to cooking.
