Regional Information
Against a landscape created by thousands of years of history, Sicily's sun producesgrapes with extraordinary characteristics. A clayey, moderately chalky soil; espaliertraining system; small drip irrigation; and manual pruning and thinning turn everybunch of Terrelaade grapes into a masterpiece.

This wine's vinification calls for around two weeks' maceration. After itsmalolactic fermentation, it is aged in steel tanks in order to enhance itsvarietal characteristics. Once in bottle, these harmonize and meld together,ading elegance and pleasentness.
