Regional Information
Vineyards are located in Sicily, in the towns of Trapani, Santa Ninfa and Alcamo, on hills at 150-200 metres above sea level.

Vinification Details
Our zesty, soft and delicately fruity Pinot Grigio is made from organic grapes grown on the Mediterranean Island of Sicily. No synthetic weedkillers, fertilisers or pesticides are used. The grapes are hand harvested, soft pressed and the must is fermented for 15 days at a controlled temperature.
