Regional Information
The D.O. Rueda is in the South West of Castilla and Leon, comprising the southern part of the Province of Valladolid, and the northern parts of Avila and Segovia.

Vinification Details
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out between 12 and 15 degrees and lasts for 15 days. Once it is complete, the new wine is racked off and then left to rest on its fine lees for a min of 2 months
