| This wine is a bright pale yellow in the glass with some green hints. It is very complex on the nose with notes of citrus, white flowers, lime, and mineral aromas. This wine has an upbeat freshness. On the pallete this Picpoul has a lemony zing and subtle flavours of floral, ripe, juicy pears. The finish is bone-dry and crisp with a zippy balanced acidity. |
Ancient terraces called Costieres dating from the Pliocene with a geological structure of red marls, sands, gravels, molasses with limestone slabs facing the pond of Thau and the Mediterranean sea.
