Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Hob

To cook on the hob. Before cooking: Rinse 100g bulgur wheat thoroughly with cold water. During cooking: Bring 400ml water to boil and add the bulgur wheat. Reduce the heat to low, simmer for 10 minutes until most of the water has been absorbed. To cook on the hob 10 mins. Drain: Drain off any excess water and stand for 10 minutes. Separate grains with a fork. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
