Curated by the team at Waddesdon Wine Rothschild Collection, these Pays d'Oc wines launched in 2021 are a stunning example of the extraordinary wines produced in the south of France.

Regional Information
The vineyard is located on the border of the Etang de Thau, well known to be one of the coolest of the Languedoc. Chalky and sandy soils.

Current Vintage
2020

Vinification Details
Harvested early in the morning to keep the freshness of the grapes. Low level pneumatic pressure is then applied after a light coating maceration (8°C for 6 hours). Fermentation at 16°C after a clean racking of the must. Matured in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 6 months.
