The Oatley Family started the famous Rosemount brand, but when this was sold, Sandy Oatley began producing wine under the family name. Based in Western Australia but with vineyards in both New South Wales and South Australia, this Chardonnay comes from the best and coolest sites in the renowned Margaret River region of Western Australia.

This Robert Oatley Signature Chardonnay offers a well balanced, medium weight wine which is matured for a short time in a variety of 20% new French oak barrels. Retaining the wines' long fine acidity, there are fruity peach and citrus flavours with oaky notes on the finish. Best served with roast chicken or can be used within a sauce over fish or pasta dishes.
