Remove all packaging.
Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Place onto a microwaveable plate in a single layer and cover with kitchen paper.
Heat on full power: 800W 3 mins, 900W 2 mins
Turn the chicken over. Re-cover.
Heat on full power: 800W 2 1/2 mins, 900W 2 1/2 mins
Stand for 1 minute before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on a baking tray in a preheated oven 190C / Fan 170C / Gas Mark 5 for 20-25 minutes. Adjust times according to your particular oven.
