Instructions
Barbecue - From Chilled. This is a guideline only. Results may vary due to differences in barbecue equipment, temperatures and weather conditions may vary. Spread thighs and drumsticks onto a large piece of foil and place onto a preheated rack over glowing hot coals or on a preheated medium/high heat gas BBQ turning regularly until product is cooked, juices run clear and no pink meat remains. Carefully transfer directly onto a lightly oiled rack to finish off for a charred effect. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.; Cooking Instructions - General. Handling raw meat safely: this product contains raw meat and must be cooked according to the cooking instructions.
