Keep refrigerated 0-5C. Use on day of opening. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.

Barbecue - Chargrill over low embers with the lid on until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.


Oven - Preheat oven to 180C (160C gas/gas mark 4). Season with salt then place in roasting tin in oven for 50 mins until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes.

Wash hands, knives and surfaces before and after preparing raw chicken.

Barbecue - From Chilled. Drizzle with oil, cook on an open grill turning regularly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.; Cooking Instructions - General. For perfectly cooked chicken, our Head Chef recommends.
These are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure that meat is cooked thoroughly and juices run clear.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan/Gas mk 6). Place in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven when the skin is golden brown, juices run clear and meat comes away easily from the bone. Rest for 5 minutes.
