We are continuing with the legacy that D. Carlos Falco pursued for Marques de Grinon and we took a chance on the Monastrell grape for the elaboration of this organic Cava, following the traditional or champenoise method.La Vie En Rose represents a lifestyle, the same one the Marques de Grinon practiced to pursue life in a positive way. This wine is a tribute to D. Carlos Falco, to his way of being and his lifestyle, in the pure style of "La Vie en Rose".

History

Regional Information
It is in the world-famous Pais del Cava in Barcelona, epicentre of Spanish bubbles, where this cava comes from. 3.000 Hectares are located between the municipalities of Sant Sadurna d'Anoia (Cava capital), Gelida and Sant Llorenc d'Hortons, in the north of the Alt Penedes, near to Barcelona city and Mediterranean sea. A privileged and unique territory, with an agricultural and viticultural character and tradition, of great landscape value, which is the basis for an innovative agricultural. It is a wine-territory, a wine and agricultural reference. A land of wine with a present, and a future of great opportunities in the framework of an agricultural activity in all its dimensions, economically viable, and biodiversity.

Vinification Details
Made with grapes from vines grown organically throughout its process, it has followed the regulations of the "Catalan Council of Ecological Agricultural Production". We make a manual selection of the grapes. Once in the cellar, only the untreated must is used, in order to avoid all the astringent imperfections and the green notes that come with pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature.The second fermentation in the bottle is left at least 12 months in the cellar at a constant temperature of 14 º- 15 º
