The Bichot Family started a relationship with the House of Jean Bouchard in 1926, going on to purchasing the House in 1955 and in the time that has followed their wines have gone from strength to strength.

Vinification Details
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled tanks (20°C) to preserve optimum freshness and aromas. The wine is then aged in vats on the lees ¿sur lie ¿ with stirring for 10-12 months.
