Ines, a world champion rose from the Fronton vineyards, Toulouse, South-West France. This refreshing, elegant rose showcases the character of sun-kissed Southern wines. Made mainly from Negrette, a typical local grape variety, which brings to the wine of Fronton a touch of originality characterized particularly by subtle aromas of violets,  blackcurrants and blackberries  with a strawberry finish and just a hint of liquorice spice.

History
From the Fronton vineyards, South of Toulouse, South-West France, the region of easy living and good food. The Cave de Fronton describes their roses as heart-warming and made for happiness! Refreshing rose showing the elegance and character of sun-kissed Southern wines. This wine is mainly made from Negrette, a typical local grape variety, which brings to the wine of Fronton a touch of originality characterized particularly by subtle aromas of violet, red fruits and liquorice flavours.

Regional Information
The vineyards of Fronton are situated near Toulouse in the Haute-Garonne department of south west France. This wine is made from a unique variety in the world called Negrette. Negrette grapes have long been used in Fronton to produce full-flavoured, well-structured wines.

2020

Vinification Details
The vines are machine harvested, the grapes are then pressed with skin maceration for 6hrs followed by bleeding. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place at 17°C for 15 days in concrete vats, regular stirring of the lees will take place over 6 months.
