Swallow one capsule with food. Do not exceed recommended intake. Daily intake of CBD should not exceed 10mg. One capsule = 10.0mg CBD. 1 serving = 1 capsule. (60 capsules per bottle.) We recommend that you start low and go slow and it’s important to take your CBD supplement regularly. When surveyed most CBD consumers recommended a trial period of 3–4 weeks of continued use.
