Vineyard: The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are sourced from our Manzanar Vineyard in Aconcagua Costa in the Valle de Aconcagua, a new property located just 12 km from the Pacific Ocean, where the maritime influence creates ideal conditions for cool-climate varieties.Winemaking: The grapes were hand picked early in the morning to keep the grapes cool. 20% underwent a cold soak to heighten aromas and flavours prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 12 °-15°C (54 °-59 °F).Character: Delightful passion fruit and herbal notes combined with bright acidity and crisp mineral flavours lead to a pleasant, long finish.

History
Don Maximiano Errazuriz founded Vina Errazuriz in 1870 when he planted the first French grape varieties in Chile's Aconcagua Valley. His initiative, creativity and belief that the best wines come from the best land has been passed down through subsequent generations and today Vina Errazuriz remains family owned by the Chadwick family. Working hand in hand with nature, the family and winemaking teams are constantly striving to produce great Chilean wines, produced in a sustainable, responsible way.

Vinification Details
Grapes were hand-picked and carefully transported to the winery during the early morning. Half of the grapes were whole-cluster pressed to obtain more remarkable elegance in the palate, while the remaining half is destemmed, crushed and pressed to best preserve their natural acidity. The wine is fermented in a combination of tanks, foudres and concrete eggs.
