Elegant Frog Malbec Cabernet-Sauvignon is a selection of the finest grapes coming from the hillsides of the five main valleys of the Languedoc region: the Aude, Orb, Hérault, Peyne and Uzes valley... It is an exceptionally aromatic wine with a complexity of floral notes, red berries, blackcurrants, vanilla and soft spices.

Vinification

Ageing: 20% of the blend is aged in one and two-year-old American oak barrels for 4 months. The other 80% is aged in stainless vats only.
Tasting Notes
Colour: deep purple red with ruby tints.
Nose: powerful and complex with a quintessence of plums, dried fruits, mocha and black current, toasted notes.
Palate: dark fruits with hints of mulberries and a tangy, fruity yet dry medium body. On the back-palate notes of black cherry jam, grilled pepper and lime. Long finish with chewy tannins.
