Croft Sherries combine the pale, crisp features of a quality Fino with the added depth, body and sweet finish of a Cream, giving a lighter, refreshing alternative to traditional dark Sherries.

Tasting Notes: 

Light apple and floral notes tempt the nose. A smooth and sweet palate with baked apple and a slight nuttiness. 

Pairing Notes: 

Pairs well with lighter cheeses as well as fruity and creamy desserts.
