- 110ml Favourite plant based milk
- 200g Dairy free spread
- 2 Tbsp vanilla extract
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4.
- Tip the contents of this pack into your favourite mixing bowl and break up any powder lumps with a spoon.
- Melt the Dairy Free Spread (30 second blasts in a microwave until liquid), then add to the bowl whilst still warm.
- Add the plant based milk and vanilla, then mix together, enjoying the chocolatey smells as they waft up your nostrils!
- Fold in any tasty extras like choc chips, honeycomb or dried fruit and then spoon into a 20cm brownie tin
- Pop in the oven for 20-25 mins, licking the spoon clean as you wait.
- Leave to cool for about 15 mins before removing from the tin and chowing down!
