History: A family estate of winemakers spreading over 4 generations.
Regional information: Trepail, a small village on the Montagne de Reims. The vineyards in Trépail consist of east- and southeast-facing slopes on the Montagne de Reims and are dominated by Chardonnay. Trépail shares the Chardonnay dominance with three of its neighbouring villages, all of them classified premier cru: Vaudemagne and Billy-le-Grand just below the slope, and Villers-Marmery, located to the north/northeast along the slope.
Vinification: Harvested by hand and fermented with yeast and malolactic treatment 10 g / hl in inox tank to 18 °. No oak treatment - This Champagne was kept on its lees for 12 years.
