Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. This pudding is best cooked fresh but can be frozen at home.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 190C, Fan 170C, Gas mark 7 (+5 mins), Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven.
2 Remove the film but leave the pudding in its wooden tray.
3 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 10 mins.
4 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200C, Fan 190C, Gas mark 7 (+5 mins), Please don't grill!
