Cooking instructions: General
This pudding is best cooked fresh but can be frozen at home.
Oven cook: From Frozen
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6, Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the pudding in its wooden tray.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 20 mins (extra 5 mins).
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.
Oven cook: From Chilled
Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas mark 6, Please don't grill!
1 Pre-heat oven. Remove the film but leave the pudding in its wooden tray.
2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 20 mins.
3 Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.
WARNING: Although we do our very best to take out all the stones from cherries, some may remain.
