This Cremant d' Alsace is produced by organic agriculture. Great attention is paid to the vineyard and grapes are manually harvested. It has unmatched bubbles finesse and generous smooth sensation. With a golden coulour, it displays a beautiful fruity and floral aromatic bouquet. Peach, apple and citrus aromas along with roasted notes, offer a great lingering finish.

History
The House of Arthur Metz is ideally located to the north of the picturesque Alsace wine route which represents the backbone of Alsatian wine country. Arthur Metz is a major player in Alsace wine and the leading producer of Cremant dAlsace sparkling wine. Arthur Metz has always taken great pride in the quality of its wines. It has made many investments at its different production sites and in the qualifcations of its team of oenologists

Regional Information
The grapes come from partner vineyard owners and which have been grown organically for many years. The plots are located in the village of Dalhenheim and Balbronn, in the heart of the "Couronne d'Or" in the north of the Alsatian wine region.

Vinification Details
At harvest time, we process the grapes for the cremant, like the other white cuvees. We add a yeast preparation and sugar to the wine, which provokes a second alcoholic fermentation in the bottle. The carbon dioxide formed dissolves in the wine. This gas, formed naturally, will generate the effervescence of the cremant. We store the bottles on laths between 18 and 24 months. This ageing enables our cremant to enrich from its lies and increases its aromatic complexity
