Pasta: Creamy mushroom spaghetti

Instructions
1 - Break and lift preperforated flap. Tear off circular tear portion.
2 - Pull neck of the tap out. Locate into cut out and refit the flap.
3 - Tear off the ring fastner pulling out the tongue.
4 - Pour by holding up the piston.

History
Antica Hirpinia sits just outside Taurasi, which famously boomed as a
wine making centre after the opening of the wine railway from Avellino to Roccheta Sant'Antonio in 1895. The real story of Antica Hirpinia began in 1959 with the creation of the province's first cooperative winery. Today, led by a group of friends who took it over in 2016, Antica Hirpinia aim to produce wines that communicate the passion and intensity of their land - as proudly Campanian as they are!
