Storage
Keep sealed in a cool, dry place as over time salts can attract moisture.
Preparation and Usage
Add salts to a warm bath (37-39C is ideal)
Use 100-250g (1/2-1 cup) for skin health or 500g-1Kg (2-4 cups) to cleanse and purify
Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes

Himalayan salt is a natural mineral rock-salt, so dissolves slowly and can leave insoluble grains. For comfortable bathing, we suggest adding the salt to dissolve at the foot-end of the bath only. Take care with delicate bath surfaces and rinse bath well after use.
