Joseph Walker fired up the ovens of our family's Scottish highland bakery in 1898 with a desire to bake the best.
Still proudly made in Scotland, now people in more than 100 countries enjoy our exceptional baking.
Four generations on, we remain true to Joseph's original shortbread recipes. Always all-butter, never any artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
