Cover meat, fish veg, paneer or other in the marinade and grill, bake or BBQ until cooked. Dust with tandoori seasoning; serve with mint chutni.

Three Simple Steps
1. Coat your meat, fish, paneer or veg at room temperature with the marinade
2. Grill, Bake (200ºC) or BBQ until cooked. Baste with butter (optional) towards the end for added succulence
3. Sprinkle over a pinch of our speedy tandoori seasoning (to taste) and serve with the mint chutni
For Perfect Results:
If baking, preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut your ingredients into equal, medium-sized pieces.
Make sure ingredients are at room temperature.
For some BBQ-style char, flash the almost finished ingredients under a grill for 1-2 mins.
Check the inner temperatures of red and white meat to ensure they are cooked through.

Grill florets on high on the middle shelf for 10 mins
Chicken Thigh Chunks
Grill on high on top shelf for 6 mins
Boneless Whole Chicken Thighs
Grill on high in top shelf for 10 mins
Fish Fillet
Coat 2 firm, thick, white fish fillets and grill on high on the top shelf for 3-5 mins
Paneer
Grill cubes on high, on the middle shelf for 4-5 mins
Lamb Rump Chunks
Grill chunks on high the top shelf for 7 mins
