Preparation and Usage
Directions- Give the bag a gentle shake- Add 48g / 5 level tablespoons to your bowl- Pour hot water or milk to just cover the oats (approx. 80ml) or add a bit more if you prefer a lighter consistency porridge- Stir thoroughly for 30 seconds then rest for 30sec (both you & the porridge), then...Enjoy!
