Our blueberry & banana porridge is handmade using only completely natural & ethically sourced ingredients, lovingly mixed with the best British wholegrain oats. We've added dates and coconut cream, so it's deliciously sweet & creamy when you add hot water. That said, some of our customers add dairy or plant-based milk instead for an even creamier porridge. We say,

Directions
- Give the bag a gentle shake
- Add 48g / 5 level tablespoons to your bowl
- Pour hot water or milk to just cover the oats (approx. 80ml) or add a bit more if you prefer a lighter consistency porridge
- Stir thoroughly for 30 seconds then rest for 30sec (both you & the porridge), then...Enjoy!
