Patch Test the Liner before use
Plant Fibre Lashes. Liner- Methyl-1-oxoally1, ethyl acetoacetate, carbon black, propenoic acid, polymer with ethenylbenzene, water, polyvinylpyrrolidone, glycerin, propylene glycol, phenoxyethanol
Patch Test Liner before Using. Apply liner along the lash line, wait for it to dry. Place the lashes onto clear liner.
Gently wiggle lashes to loosen up before using. Shake the eyeliner well before use. Apply the liner close to the lash line . Add a little extra to the outer and inner corners. Cut lashes to fit eye shape if required. Wait for the liner to dry before adding lashes.
