Uses

Adults take 2 capsules of Everyday Wellness on an empty stomach with water every morning. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks as heat may kill the bacteria. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. All Simone Thomas Wellness supplements are suitable for men, women and children.
