Preparation and Usage
Please Ensure Food is Fully Cooked and Piping Hot Throughout Before Serving. Serve with Sharwood's flame baked naans and mango chutney on the side. Use more or less paste to create a milder/spider version.

This Rich Korma Paste Allows You to Create a Delicious Korma Dish at Home.
This recipe works well with Beef or Prawns.
Creamy Chicken Korma - Serves 4
1: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan. Gently fry 1 large diced onion until soft.
3-4 Mins
2: Stir in 4 heaped tablespoons (92g) Korma paste and 600g diced chicken and fry for 3 minutes until the chicken is sealed.
15 Mins
3: Add 400g Coconut Milk and bring to the boil then gently simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Add 75ml double cream and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
