Previously frozen and defrosted without affecting the quality or safety of the product
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, please defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add the fish, skin side down. During cooking: Pan fry on a moderate heat for 5-6 minutes. Turn once during cooking. After cooking: As the natural size and thickness of the fish may vary and the performance of cooking appliances may vary, this is a guide only. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
Safety: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
