INGREDIENTS: Mild Tomato Salsa (60%): Tomato, Onion, Tomato Paste, Green Pepper, Red Pepper, Sugar, Spirit Vinegar, Jalapeno Pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Maize Starch, Garlic Purée, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid; Coriander Leaf, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Flavouring.

Tortilla Chips (40%): Maize Flour, Sunflower oil, Salt.

1. Layer them up •Spread half of the tortilla chips over a large plate or ovenproof dish and cover them evenly with 1 sachet of mild tomato salsa and 75g grated Cheddar cheese. •Add the rest of the tortilla chips and cover with the second sachet of mild tomato salsa. •Sprinkle another 75g grated Cheddar cheese evenly over the top. 2. Ready to Cook •Microwave: Place the dish in the microwave and heat on full power for 1 minute 45 seconds (750W or Cat D), or 1 minute 30 seconds (850W or Cat E). •Oven cook: Place in a preheated oven (200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6) for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
