McGrocer is an online grocery store that delivers British groceries, snacks, beauty products, and more to customers worldwide. Personal shoppers hand-pick items from top UK stores and deliver them securely to your doorstep.

How do you handle duties and taxes for international shipping?

Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping charges. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility to pay upon delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 150 countries. However, some products may be restricted based on local regulations. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country's import rules.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and value. Additional fees may apply for oversized orders, and we will notify you if that’s the case.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by region: UK (1–3 business days), Europe (2–3), USA/Canada (2–4), and up to 7 days elsewhere. Processing takes 1–3 days, and customs may cause additional delays.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Yes. McGrocer operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any customs fees or taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

No. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If a return is needed, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs apply for international orders. Certain products, such as baby formula or personal care items, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Items like baby formula, personal care goods, and dangerous goods cannot be returned unless defective due to hygiene and safety reasons.
