Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Hob

Empty contents into a saucepan. To heat on the hob. Moderate heat 6 mins. Stir continuously until piping hot.

 

Cooking instructions: Microwave

Microwave from chilled but can also be heated on the hob. Before heating: Remove lid and replace loosely. Place directly into microwave. During heating: Stir halfway. Re-cover and continue heating. After heating: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Microwave on full power: 700w: 6m 30s 800w: 6 mins 900w: 5m 30s
