Hunters Chicken 4 whole chicken breasts 4 smoked bacon rashers 50g Mature Cheddar, grated Before Cooking: Pre-heat oven to 180oC / Fan 160C / Gas mark 4. Wrap a slice of bacon around each of the 4 individual chicken breasts. Place in a casserole dish, add a jar of Sainsbury’s Hunters Chicken Cooking Sauce and cover with lid. During Cooking: Cook in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, sprinkle over cheese, leave uncovered and cook for another 10-15 minutes. During Cooking: Check food is piping hot.
