Preparation
1 Brown the diced beef in a frying pan, then transfer to your slow cooker.
2 In the same frying pan, fry the sliced onion until soft. Then add to the slow cooker along with carrots and pouch of beef & ale sauce to the slow cooker and stir.
3 Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
(Keep covered during cooking, instructions based on the use of a 3.5L slow cooker, other slow cookers may vary).
