Care and use:

Always use oven gloves or a tea towel as the handles may heat up during cooking
Our stainless steel pans are light and easy to use, and designed to heat quickly. So please use a low heat setting. Don't use this product on a high heat as this may cause burning
Save on energy by using the right sized heat source for the width of the pan. Don't allow the flame or heat source to go beyond the base of the pan
Don't leave the pan empty when the heat is on and don't allow the pan to boil dry
Make sure the handles are not left over a heat source. And always lift the pan from the hob - don't drag it
Although the glass lid is made from toughened glass and is very strong, please take care not to knock the lid when cooking or cleaning as repeated knocks or one severe knock may cause it to shatter. Also don't put the lid into cold water when its hot

How to clean:
Remove all packaging. Before using for the first time, hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly afterwards
Dishwasher safe. Make sure it is cool before washing or putting in water this will prevent the pan from warping. And always dry thoroughly before putting it away
Don’t use abrasive cleaners as they may spoil the finish. If you get burnt on food stuck to the pan, leave to cool then soak in warm soapy water. If a residue forms on the ceramic and halogen hobs, please use an appropriate cleaning solution

Warnings:
Do not use the lid with this item when deep fat frying
Always use oven gloves or a tea towel as the handles may heat up during cooking
Due to the nature of the steel material some discolouration may occur when heated and washed repeatedly. This discolouration will not affect the product performance
