Care and use :
Save on energy by using the right sized heat source for the width of the pan. Don't allow the flame or heat source to go beyond the base of the pan
Don't leave the pan empty when the heat is on and don't allow the pan to boil dry
Make sure the handles are not left over a heat source. And always lift the cast iron from the hob when moving - don't drag it as this may cause scratches How to clean
Remove all packaging Before using for the first time, hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly afterwards
