Back of Pack: Oven Cook from chilled, but can also be pan fried. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 190°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 5. Remove all packaging before cooking and place on a baking tray. Place on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 30 mins. Turn once during cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Reverse of label To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Heat 20ml of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once the oil is hot, reduce heat to low and carefully add the meatballs. During cooking: Pan fry, turning frequently. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry: Low heat 25 mins
