Cooking instructions: Hob
Before Cooking: Drain and rinse well. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. During Cooking: Add artichokes and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot. To heat on the hob Moderate heat 3 mins
Cooking instructions: Microwave
Microwave but can also be heated on the hob. Microwave on full power: Cat D - 750w. 2 mins. Cat E - 850w. 2 mins. Before cooking: Drain and rinse well, empty artichokes into a non-metallic bowl with 150ml (1/4 pint) of cold water and cover. During cooking: Stir halfway through. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Drain and serve. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
