1 Measure 5 heaped dessert spoons (30g) of Ready brek into a microwaveable bowl,
2 Mix with 150ml of milk and stir.
3 Microwave for 1 1/2 minute, stirring halfway through.* Stand for 1 minute before serving.
*Based on 750W Category D and 1000W Category E microwaves.

Chocolate & Banana Smoothie
1 banana, peeled and roughly chopped
1 tbsp Ready Brek Chocolate
150ml/1/4 pint semi-skimmed milk or milk of your choice (fortified unsweetened soya milk or fortified unsweetened almond milk work well)
Makes 300ml/ 1/2 pint - 1 x large tumbler
Put the banana into the blender or juicer, sprinkle over the Ready Brek Chocolate then pour over the milk. Blitz until blended. Pour into tumblers and serve straight away or refrigerate and serve cold.
