Overnight Oats
Raspberry & Coconut
50g Quaker Oats
50ml fresh pasteurised or UHT milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon chia seeds
30g raspberries
1/2 banana, sliced
30g desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon honey
Add Quaker Oats to a clean container and pour in milk, vanilla extract and chia seeds. Add a layer of raspberries then a layer of banana slices. Top with coconut and honey. Cover and place in the fridge (5C) to chill overnight. Rise, stir and enjoy in the morning! Serves one. All ingredients must be used as per manufacturers' instructions.
