Preparation and Usage
In an oven : Preheat the oven to 240C. Remove the pasteis de nata from their plastic packaging and place them on a grill with their aluminium cases. Cook the pasteis de nata on a middle oven shelf for the indicated time : Leave to rest 15 minutes before serving. Traditional oven : 24 min Fan-assisted oven : 20 min
